Security Enhancements
Protecting You!
Online security is one of our top priorities. In January 2007, we introduced an improved authentication process during Log On to provide another level of protection for your financial information.
- After logging on to the secure site with your existing User Name and Password, domestic clients will be required to enter the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
- If your statement consolidation includes more than one account owner (e.g., joint account), you will be required to select a new User Name (this applies to domestic clients only). For your convenience, a Remember User Name option will be introduced to the Log On page
- All domestic and international clients registered to use the site will be required to select and answer four Security Questions that will be used to further ensure the security of your online information
- Increased security, helping to prevent unauthorized users from accessing client information
- For domestic clients, your Log On Password can be used for conducting transactional services, such as Bill Pay, Automatic Funds Transfer or Online Trading. The Electronic Client ID will no longer be required
- Each domestic account owner can enroll for E-Delivery notifications
- Real-time quotes
- Online enrollment for transactional services
- Online self-service updates to your personal information
- Security measures allow for potential future enhancements to the site:
• Online Letters of Authorization, via Site E-mail, for specific service requests. Note: Some restrictions will apply for multi-party accounts
• Account Verification Profile (AVP) letters sent electronically
