Credit When Your Business Needs It.

Portfolio Credit Line

Borrow against eligible securities in your Business FMA Account -- easily and without selling your investments. With Portfolio CreditLine you borrow only what you need, only when you need it. The amount you borrow and the interest you pay are minimized by automatic repayment whenever funds are credited to your Business FMA Account from deposits, interest and dividend income, maturing investments or proceeds from the sales of securities.

Rates can be much less than those offered by many traditional credit sources. You pay no fees, closing costs or points. There's no application necessary; you can borrow for any business or investment purpose and your loan amount is limited only by the value of your eligible securities at Smith Barney.1

Express Credit®

Borrow for business needs, using your personal securities as collateral. Express Credit can be used for any business purpose except to purchase or carry securities.2 Loan amounts begin at $25,001.3 Ask your Financial Consultant for details.2

Borrowing against securities involves risk. If the value of securities pledged as collateral declines, you could be required to deposit cash or additional collateral. If you cannot, all or a portion of the securities could be sold to pay off the loan balance. Please discuss risks and other suitability issues with your Smith Barney Financial Consultant.3
