


How Does This Program Work?

Every time you use your enrolled FMA Card for eligible retail purchases, you'll receive one
point for each U.S. dollar you've spent. Your FMA Card must be activated and your account must
be enrolled in the Travel and Rewards Program in order to accumulate points.
You can use your points toward rewards that mean the most to you. Choose from airline
tickets, hotel stays, resort vacations, special events, shopping and dining. For your
convenience, most rewards are issued as certificates, giving you the flexibility to use
them whenever you want, the opportunity to get the best value possible and the ability to
give them as gifts. Your points are tracked monthly on your FMA account statement. (Business accounts
and accounts used for business purposes are not eligible to enroll in The FMA Card Travel &
Rewards Program. Only purchases qualify. Cash advances, ATM withdrawals, teller transactions,
purchase of travelers cheques and money order activities do not qualify for points.

How Is This Rewards Program Different from Other Competitor Programs?

The FMA Card Travel & Rewards Program was designed exclusively to reward our Smith
Barney clients by offering airline ticket rewards with fewer restrictions than other competitor's programs,
and an elite selection of reward certificates you can use at your convenience for dining, shopping,
vacations, resort stays and special events.
How Hard Is It to Keep Track of My Points?

It's not hard at all. Your FMA Card Travel and Reward points activity and balances can be viewed on your monthly FMA account statement, or by calling the FMA Client Service Center at 1-800-634-9855.
What Are the Rewards in the FMA Travel & Rewards Program?

You can choose from airline travel, hotel stays, resort vacations, special events, shopping and dining.
What Is the Minimum Number of Points I Need Before I Can Redeem Them?

You can redeem points as soon as you have enough for the rewards you want.
Once you've accumulated 5,000 points, you can start redeeming for a variety of rewards such as
certificates for Macy's, Borders® Books, Chili's,
Eddie Bauer®, Bennigan's and more.
How Do I Redeem My Travel and Rewards Points?

FMA Card Travel and Rewards points can be redeemed by calling the FMA Redemption Center at
1-800-507-9116. (Please note: points cannot be transferred to other airline frequent flyer or
rewards-type programs.)
Is It Easy to Order and Use My Rewards from the FMA Travel & Rewards Program?

Yes. When you are ready to redeem your points, simply call the FMA Redemption Center.
Most rewards are issued as certificates, giving you the flexibility
to use them whenever you want, the opportunity to get the best value possible and the ability
to give them as gifts.
What Airlines Are in the FMA Card Travel & Rewards Program? Are There Restrictions?

At 25,000 points you can receive a certificate for a round-trip coach ticket on
American Airlines, Northwest Airlines, and US Airways.
Some blackout dates and restrictions apply. At 50,000 or 75,000 points you can redeem for a ticket
on any airline with no restrictions, no blackouts, no seat class, any destination (receive $1,000
or $1,500 respectively toward the price of one round-trip ticket). See Terms & Conditions for

Am I Eligible to Enroll in the FMA Travel & Rewards Program?

If you have an FMA account with an activated FMA Gold MasterCard you can enroll in this optional program. You can enroll in the Travel & Rewards Program by calling the FMA Client Service Center or your Financial Consultant. (See Travel & Rewards Terms & Conditions).
