Description Current
SB Base Rate 4.7500%

The Base Rate is Smith Barney's proprietary interest rate. It is determined by Smith Barney and is based on our blended short and long-term funding costs. For Base Rate-based loans, the interest paid will be the Base Rate plus or minus an incremental amount. The amount of the increment varies depending on the loan size. The increment is generally a fixed amount but may be individually negotiated. The Base Rate plus the increment is expressed as an annual rate, but will be charged to your account monthly. Loans based on the Base Rate will be available from Smith Barney only in U.S. Dollars. For more information, please speak to your Smith Barney Financial Advisor.

1 - Seven (7)-Day current SEC yield (annualized) for the 7-day period ended on the date shown. The annualized current 7-day SEC yield reflects the amount of income generated by the investment during a seven-day period and assumes that the same income is generated each week over a 365-day period.

2 - Seven (7)-Day effective SEC yield (annualized) for the 7-day period ended on the date shown. The annualized effective 7-day SEC yield is the current yield with the assumption that income earned by the investment is reinvested at the end of the 7-day period.

The yields (1) & (2) quoted represent past performance, which is not a guarantee of future results. Investment returns and yields will fluctuate, so that investor's shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Although each money market fund seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in these funds. An investment in these funds is not guaranteed or insured by the FDIC or any other government agency.
